SEC Approval of First Ethereum ETF: After several weeks of anticipation and reports indicating that an ETH ETF likely wasn't going to be possible, Bloomberg suddenly came out with optimistic reports stating there had been a change of tune, and the approvals of them would be imminent. Sure enough, this wasn't a fakeout. The SEC approved the first Ethereum ETF on May 23rd, leading to a surge in interest and new exposure for Ethereum and the hundreds of assets that use its technology in some capacity.
